Director of Marketing and Communications
Harmony Foundation International is seeking a Director of Marketing and Communications to proactively and creatively manage the communications strategies and marketing tactics to deliver their message in a way that supports and influences fundraising efforts, builds donor relations, and favorably impacts other stakeholders of the organization. The Director, as part of the Executive Team, is responsible for day-to-day delivery of all communication strategies to support key initiatives and development projects. This position is based in Nashville, Tennessee and reports to the President and Chief Executive Officer.

Donor Care Center Associate

Harmony Foundation International is seeking a Donor Care Center Associate. The Donor Care Center is the heartbeat of Harmony Foundation and serves as the hub of donor activity. The Donor Care Center is a small team of dedicated fundraisers that travel around the country making the case to individuals and groups for financial support for life-long singing programs. From the office, the Donor Care Center is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, emails, donor questions and support, event planning and coordination. Donor Care Center Associates solicit contributions in person and by phone, process and enter gift transactions into Raiser’s Edge donor database, ensuring that gift entry honors donor intent, data management and reporting, donor verbal and written communications. The right candidate is someone that is energized by making a difference in people’s lives in a positive and impactful way, wants to grow in their professional capacity as a fundraiser while having a high competency in the details and administrative duties, agrees that hard work and fun are in congruency rather than opposition, and has a love for people. This is an entry-level position that is limited in growth only by the candidate’s ambition and hard work.

- Computer/technology proficiency
- High school diploma required, Associates degree or equivalent preferred
- Sales experience desired
- Flexibility and a sense of humor.
